All pricing includes travel within the Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. For weddings outside of these areas, please contact me for a customised travel quote.
All packages also include all legal components and the required paperwork to register your marriage with the relevant State or Territory Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
I also offer optional coordination and candid photography add-ons. This can include arriving early to help with set-up of your ceremony space, coordinating with your vendors, greeting guests, setting tables, really just lending a hand wherever it’s needed!! (which is particularly helpful for DIY or backyard weddings).
In terms of photography, while I’m not a professional wedding photographer, I really love capturing genuine, authentic moments. I will bring my Nikon Z fc out straight after your ceremony to photograph those precious interactions as your guests come up to congratulate you, and can then stay on for cocktail hour or until dinner to capture hundreds of relaxed, behind-the-scenes images while you’re off having your portraits taken. Photos are delivered quickly and unedited, ready for you to share however you want to.
Pricing is usually around $500, depending on how long you’d like me there, and I’m always happy to customise, just ask.

I believe your ceremony sits at the heart of your wedding day. It is a moment to honour your love, acknowledge the life you’ve built together, and set the tone for the celebration to follow.
This option is all about creating a bespoke ceremony that feels truly like you. Whether your wedding is big or small, your ceremony long or short, traditional or beautifully un-weddingy, I’ll take the time to get to know you, understand your vision, and thoughtfully design a ceremony that’s a genuine reflection of your partnership.
As many meetings as you like, including an initial obligation-free meeting or video-call to get to know each other and your wedding vision; a second in-person meeting to attend to the Notice of Intended Marriage and talk through your ceremony design; several check-ins along the way; and a ceremony rehearsal before the big day (if you’d like one).
Creation of a completely bespoke, personalised ceremony.
Personal vow support, including reviewing each of your vows to make sure they complement each other (if you’d like a ‘vibe-check’).
Premium PA system, a battery-powered bluetooth Bose speaker paired with a wireless Sennheiser mic (which can also be used to play your ceremony music, and tunes for before and after).
Unlimited support and communication - email, calls, texts, video-calls, coffee catch-ups, beach walks, beers, whatever you like!
My attendance. I will arrive 1 hour before your ceremony start time, check-in with your vendors, and ensure everything is perfect and your guests are greeted, settled, excited and engaged. I will deliver your ceremony in a professional, engaging and passionate way, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident up there with me so you can really be in the moment together, celebrating your love in front of the community who has come to support you!
Travel within the Byron, Tweed, Gold Coast and Brisbane regions (additional cost for outside of these areas).
Small and intimate

Whether it’s a barefoot ceremony on the beach, sharing your vows in a rainforest, a micro-wedding at your favourite venue, or a cosy ceremony at home with just your closest people, these intimate weddings are always incredibly special and full of love.
Designed for couples who want to keep things small, simple and meaningful. If you’re thinking of eloping, prefer something low-key, or want to skip the logistics of large guest lists and seating plans, this option might be perfect for you.
They also hold a very special place in my heart, it’s exactly how I chose to get married myself!
Similar inclusions to my complete ceremony package (above), capped at 20 guests.
Of course I have to include photos from my own micro wedding! Just us, our parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews. No fancy arbour. Not even a white dress. Proof that your wedding can look however you want it to. Sometimes keeping things simple makes space for the really special stuff. (And we all cried… a lot!). The wonderful Heidi Robertson was our celebrant, our friend Sam Wyper our photographer, at beautiful Fig Tree Restaurant Byron Bay.
Can my friend do it?
$800
Have someone special in your life who you’d love to deliver your wedding ceremony? A close friend, family member, or special person who knows your story better than anyone? This option makes that possible, with support every step of the way.
I’ll take care of all the behind-the-scenes work: designing your ceremony, guiding your chosen person through the structure and flow, coordinating your ceremony on the day, and covering all legal requirements. Your special person gets to stand up and tell your story, while you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.
If you’re not after full ceremony design and simply need the legal components covered, I’m also happy to offer a customised quote. This can include attending your wedding to manage the legalities and sharing ideas on how to seamlessly weave the legal components into your own ceremony design.
A personalised ceremony crafted just for you, to be delivered by your chosen person.
Unlimited support and communication, from help with your vows, to as many meetings and check-ins as you like (and support for your chosen person, too!).
Access to my premium PA system if you’d like it.
My attendance on your wedding day to manage all legal requirements, along with behind-the-scenes support and ceremony coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Kasundri and Nicholas chose a traditional Sri Lankan Poruwa ceremony, presented by their friend Shivani. I was a busy bee behind the scenes, coordinating each of the rituals and steps of the ceremony, before handling all of the legal components to solemnise their marriage according to law.
Held at Rainforest Gardens, with photos by, you guessed it, the ever-wonderful Sam Wyper Photography.

Think of this as your ‘Registry wedding’, except a whole lot more special.
This option is purely about completing the legal requirements to get you married. Just you, your partner, and your two witnesses.
We can meet somewhere meaningful and low-key; your home, a favourite café or bar, a local park, or even your kitchen table. We’ll say the legal words, sign the paperwork, and that’s it. Simple, special, and done.
And of course, you can rest easy knowing everything will be handled carefully and correctly (my background as a lawyer helps here!).
This is purely the legal component only. This does not include a personalised ceremony script.
I can provide two witnesses, if you’d like!
